Building a support team where detail and safety are non-negotiable

In my previous career, 99% accuracy wasn’t good enough. Things had to be as close to perfect as possible. But when I looked at the disability support sector, I saw a gap.

I saw that too often, “good enough” was accepted as the standard. I knew that people deserve better than that.

That is why Hearts in Action started. It is a family promise. I founded this team to ensure that you get support that is not just physically safe, but emotionally uplifting. We don’t just support you; we help you build a life you love.

Antaylia knows what exceptional support looks like—because she grew up with it

Antaylia brings a perspective that simply cannot be taught. Growing up in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home alongside a beloved family member who needed support, she has experienced care from the “other side.”

She knows the difference between a worker who just turns up and a worker who truly cares because she has lived it. That upbringing has given her wisdom beyond her years and a genuine joy for making a difference.
