Every shift is documented in Astalty, our professional record-keeping system. Your team leader reviews these notes daily — not weekly, not at review time. Every participant gets a formal 60-day check-in to make sure goals are on track and the match is still right. There's no system that relies on you following things up — the structure is built so we catch things before they become problems.

What happens if something goes wrong?

We deal with it — not you. Your team leader is the first point of contact for any issue — and they're reachable by phone, not just email. We address it, communicate with you clearly, and make sure support gets back on track. If a worker is sick or unavailable, a pre-approved backup from your existing team steps in — no gaps, no strangers.

Can I use my NDIS plan with Hearts In Action?

Yes. We work with self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed participants across South East Queensland — Gold Coast, Logan, Ipswich, and Brisbane. How long does it take to get started?
