NDIS support workers across Gold Coast, Brisbane, Logan & Ipswich.
Finding good NDIS support workers shouldn't be this hard.
You pick your worker. Antaylia's your point of contact. Call her about a scheduling clash, a concern, anything, and she'll chat with your support team. Matt and Grace set the standards behind the scenes: hiring, training, what we won't tolerate. So you've got a full team around you.

Where support breaks down
Six things that go wrong at NDIS providers โ and what we do about each.
If you've been with another provider, you've probably lived at least three of these. Here's what we actually do about them.
Six things that go wrong at most providers.
A system so none of this lands on you.

A different person every week. You explain the routine, the quirks, the preferences โ again.
A small team of two or three.Workers who know how the day runs. If one's away, cover comes from someone you've already met โ not a stranger off the roster.
Shifts happen. Then silence. You only hear how today went when something's gone wrong.
Same-day shift notes.Your team leader reads every one, and picks up the phone if something needs your attention.
They said they'd be there. They weren't.7am, the worker cancels, your morning collapses.
A person on the phone, not a text.Cancellations happen โ we can't change that. What we can change is who's on the other end, working the problem with you.
You've become the HR department.Rostering, onboarding, feedback โ on top of everything else.
A team leader runs the team. They handle the roster, the workers, the feedback. You tell them what's needed; the rest isn't yours to carry.
The invoice doesn't match the shifts.Extra charges nobody can explain. The "NDIS tax."
Invoices you can actually read.Every line shows the worker, the hours, the shift. If a number looks off, you can point to where it came from.
You raise a concern. It disappears."We'll look into it." Weeks pass. No call back.
Logged, and returned.Your team leader writes it down and comes back to you within a business day โ even if the honest answer is "still working on it."

They treat you like family, not just another NDIS participant.
Organised, professional, and warm. I recommend them to anyone.
The care they've shown my brother has been amazing. Cannot recommend enough.
The People of Hearts In Action
The People on Your Team
Everyone on this team is here because they care about people. The participants we support are at the centre of it. That's how we work.
While studying a Bachelor of Psychology, Matt was working as a support worker and saw it first-hand: participants and families carrying stress that should've been the provider's. He didn't want to wait to do something about it.
Grace ran a childcare centre before Hearts In Action. She saw what children need: to feel safe, to be seen and heard, not just watched. Kids who grow up seen but not heard carry that into adulthood. She hires workers who know the difference.
Antaylia grew up in a SIL home. She knows what good support feels like, and what bad support costs. She watched workers come and go, saw which ones made a house feel like home and which ones made it feel like a shift. That's why she's the one participants call.
We are proud of every person on this team.
NDIS screened. Blue Card verified. First Aid trained. Plus additional training through NGO Training Centre. All of that is the minimum. The person underneath is what actually matters, and what we look for.

Before You Book
Questions Before You Get Started
Support workers don't move on often, but if it happens, you're not starting over. Your worker is one part of your team, not the whole thing.
You pick who comes next. We don't send whoever's free. When you've chosen, we brief them on how your support works, what matters to you, what doesn't, so you're not re-explaining yourself from scratch. Matt, Grace, and Antaylia already know your situation, and that knowledge stays with us whether your worker changes or not.
Before they meet any family, every support worker sits down with Grace. They complete NDIS screening, Blue Card verification, and our internal training program.
Once a worker starts, your team leader reads every shift note the same day. You can phone her directly, and if you want your family in the loop too, she'll include them. So there's someone keeping watch every day, not reviewing your support once a quarter.
We suggest support workers based on who we think will fit. The choice is yours. You meet them before anything starts, and if they're not right, we introduce someone else.
Sometimes the support you need today isn't the support you needed six months ago. Maybe you want to start going to the gym and you need someone who knows their way around one. Maybe you've decided to learn to cook, or you want help with a writing project, or your weekends have changed and so has the person who fits them. None of that is a complaint about your worker. It's just life moving forward. Phone your team leader, tell her what's shifted, and we'll suggest someone who matches where you're at now. The choice is still yours. You don't have to have the awkward conversation with your current support worker yourself.
Communication, consistency, and accountability are usually the first things to break at other providers. So they're what we built our whole system around.
You get one team leader who you build a professional relationship with. You call her directly. Your worker stays the same. Every shift note is read the same day. Records are kept in Astalty, an NDIS-compliant platform, so nothing gets lost.
If something isn't working, even a small thing, even something you're not sure is worth mentioning, we want to hear it. If we know, we can fix it. If we don't, it grows. Phone your team leader. Or call Matt or Grace directly. Three people ready to help.
Most participants or their families who come to us have been with another provider before. We don't take that trust for granted.
In most jobs, there's a boss on the floor. Someone walks past, notices if a staff member is having an off day, hears how they talk to people. Support work is different. Your worker is in your home, alone, and whoever employs them isn't there to see how it's going.
If they're an independent support worker, you're hoping they have the qualities required to run a team where they lead by example.
That's why your team leader exists. She's reading shift notes daily, talking to your worker, and checking in with you. So if something starts to drift, a pattern in the notes, a worker's energy changing, a shift that didn't go the way it should have, she sees it before it becomes a problem.
You can phone her any time too. And every 60 days, she'll phone you, to talk about how things are actually going.
