NDIS support workers across Gold Coast, Brisbane, Logan & Ipswich.
Finding good NDIS support workers shouldn't be this hard.
You select your support worker. Antaylia is your primary point of contact, managing scheduling, addressing any concerns, and coordinating with your support team. Matt and Grace oversee standards behind the scenes, including recruitment, training, and expectations. This ensures you are supported by a structured and reliable team, without losing your choice and control.

Where support breaks down
Six common challenges people face with NDIS support
If youβve had support before, you may recognise some of these. Hereβs how we approach them.
The challenges
What we do differently

Issues people experience with both companies and independent workers.β’ Companies send whoeverβs available, which can disrupt your day and leave you feeling uncomfortable.
β’ Independent workers donβt have a team behind them, thereβs no cover when theyβre away, and youβre left handling issues or starting over if they move on.
A dedicated team of two.You have a consistent team who know your routine. If someoneβs unavailable, cover comes from someone youβve already met and approved. In the rare event your main support worker moves on, youβre not starting over. Antaylia understands your support, manages everything behind the scenes, and keeps things on track.
Youβre required to manage issues with your support. This can take up your time and energy.
Youβre not required to manage issues yourself.Antaylia oversees your support and handles them on your behalf.
Youβre expecting support, but no one shows up.Itβs not the first time, and youβre left to manage it yourself.
If a worker canβt attend, they call us straight away.We contact you, make a plan, and keep things running. We also track attendance to maintain consistency.
Youβve become the HR department.Rostering, onboarding, and feedback all fall to you.
A team leader runs the team.We manage the roster, our support team, and the feedback. You set the direction, and we handle the rest.
Incorrect invoices.Youβve been overcharged, and now you have to chase it up.
Accurate, transparent billing. We use Astatly, a leading NDIS platform, where invoices are linked to actual shift times, reducing human error and ensuring accurate charges.
You can feel hesitant to speak up.Youβve asked for changes before and felt the tension. You just want support that suits you.
You choose who to speak to.Speak with your support worker or Antaylia, whichever feels more comfortable. We listen, act on feedback, and adjust your support to suit you.

Watch Skills Building WorkWhat families say about our NDIS support workers
They treat you like family, not just another NDIS participant.
Organised, professional, and warm. I recommend them to anyone.
The care they've shown my brother has been amazing. Cannot recommend enough.
The People of Hearts In Action
The People on Your Team
Everyone on this team is here because they care. The people we support are at the centre of everything we do.
Matt worked as a support worker and saw it first-hand. Participants and families were carrying stress that should have been handled by providers. He didnβt want to wait, so he started Hearts In Action. Heβs now studying a Bachelor of Psychology to build better support systems.
Before Hearts In Action, Grace led a childcare centre. Thatβs where she saw how much it matters to feel safe, seen, and heard. It doesnβt only apply to children. Everyone should feel that way, and thatβs the standard we expect of our team.
Antaylia grew up in a SIL home. She knows what good support feels like, and what poor support is like to live with. She saw workers come and go, and which ones made her feel comfortable at home. Thatβs why participants feel comfortable talking to her. She understands it better than most.
We are proud of every person on this team.
Most have been with us long term, and you canβt fake that. They are who they say they are. They understand that a good support worker isnβt a hero. Weβre all human, and they stand behind the people they support.

Before You Book
Questions Before You Get Started
Support workers don't move on often, but if it happens, you're not starting over. Your worker is one part of your team, not the whole thing.
You pick who comes next. We don't send whoever's free. When you've chosen, we brief them on how your support works, what matters to you, what doesn't, so you're not re-explaining yourself from scratch. Matt, Grace, and Antaylia already know your situation, and that knowledge stays with us whether your worker changes or not.
Before they meet any family, every support worker sits down with Grace. They complete NDIS screening, Blue Card verification, and our internal training program.
Once a worker starts, your team leader reads every shift note the same day. You can phone her directly, and if you want your family in the loop too, she'll include them. So there's someone keeping watch every day, not reviewing your support once a quarter.
We suggest support workers based on who we think will fit. The choice is yours. You meet them before anything starts, and if they're not right, we introduce someone else.
Sometimes the support you need today isn't the support you needed six months ago. Maybe you want to start going to the gym and you need someone who knows their way around one. Maybe you've decided to learn to cook, or you want help with a writing project, or your weekends have changed and so has the person who fits them. None of that is a complaint about your worker. It's just life moving forward. Phone your team leader, tell her what's shifted, and we'll suggest someone who matches where you're at now. The choice is still yours. You don't have to have the awkward conversation with your current support worker yourself.
Communication, consistency, and accountability are usually the first things to break at other providers. So they're what we built our whole system around.
You get one team leader who you build a professional relationship with. You call her directly. Your worker stays the same. Every shift note is read the same day. Records are kept in Astalty, an NDIS-compliant platform, so nothing gets lost.
If something isn't working, even a small thing, even something you're not sure is worth mentioning, we want to hear it. If we know, we can fix it. If we don't, it grows. Phone your team leader. Or call Matt or Grace directly. Three people ready to help.
Most participants or their families who come to us have been with another provider before. We don't take that trust for granted.
In most jobs, there's a boss on the floor. Someone walks past, notices if a staff member is having an off day, hears how they talk to people. Support work is different. Your worker is in your home, alone, and whoever employs them isn't there to see how it's going.
If they're an independent support worker, you're hoping they have the qualities required to run a team where they lead by example.
That's why your team leader exists. She's reading shift notes daily, talking to your worker, and checking in with you. So if something starts to drift, a pattern in the notes, a worker's energy changing, a shift that didn't go the way it should have, she sees it before it becomes a problem.
You can phone her any time too. And every 60 days, she'll phone you, to talk about how things are actually going.
